Please review the following policies before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
General Information
All items are created and sold by an independent artist, Dana Donkle. Many products are handmade, small-batch, or printed to order. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered normal.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.
Original Artwork
Original artworks are one of a kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
All original artwork sales are final.
Originals are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Prints & Reproductions
Prints are produced using high-quality materials as listed in description.
Some prints are made to order and may require additional processing time.
Minor variations between print runs may occur.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has cleared.
Accepted payment methods are those available through the checkout platform.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, but delays may occur while the artist is traveling. I will notify you if there is a delay.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Please Note:
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- The shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.
If an item arrives damaged:
- Contact the shop within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- A replacement or refund will be issued when appropriate.
Commissions & Custom Orders
A complimentary sketch is provided prior to payment (pet portraits excluded). A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
Turnaround times vary and will be discussed prior to starting.
Minor revisions may be included; additional changes may incur extra fees.
Custom and commissioned work is final sale.
Cancellations
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
If a custom or commissioned order is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.
Copyright & Usage
All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
