Please review the following policies before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

General Information

All artwork is created and sold by independent artist Dana Donkle of Octopus Garden Art.

Many products are handmade, small-batch, or printed to order. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered a normal part of the handmade and printing process.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device, and lighting.

Original Artwork

Original artworks are one of a kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All original artwork sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective.

Original artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

Prints & Reproductions

Prints are produced using high-quality materials as described on each product listing.

Some prints are made to order and may require additional processing time.

Minor variations between print runs may occur.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received.

Accepted payment methods are those available through the website's checkout.

Commissions & Custom Orders

A complimentary sketch is provided prior to payment for most custom artwork. Pet portraits are excluded from the complimentary sketch.

A non-refundable deposit is required before custom work begins.

Turnaround times vary depending on the project and will be discussed before work begins.

Minor revisions may be included depending on the project. Additional revisions or significant changes may incur additional fees.

Custom and commissioned artwork is final sale unless the finished artwork arrives damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

For custom or commissioned artwork, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Copyright & Usage

All artwork, photographs, designs, and other creative content remain the intellectual property of Dana Donkle / Octopus Garden Art.

Purchasing an original artwork, print, or other physical product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold as a reproduction, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the artist.
